Clean, well organised store with a wide selection of products in stock at great prices. Helpful efficient staff who adhered to the social distancing whilst ensuring the customers did too. Felt safe shopping there and it was good to see it all being taken so seriously in what are difficult times for all.

Helpful staff
I went early and found no queues and got really quick service. The mechanic knew what he was doing and was friendly and helpful. My bike repairs were completed within 24 hours. Pick up was quick and easy and my bike feels like new
The gentleman I believe was named Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products available. He also explained his own use of the products and how to set-up, a credit to the store.
Happy with the service provided at halfords. The staff are helpful and efficient. They served me well and provided useful information in deciding to buy the new bike. Very pleased with bike, carera. It is so light to ride. Have to change the seat though that is a bit firm. Would like to visit again if needed.
