Who ever is running the cycle repairs needs to have customer service training and make their mind up on what they can or can’t do! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME USING THEM! Find a cycle repairer that actually wants to try and help and serve you without talking out of their rear end because they CAN’T BE BOTHERED! Thought I would give them the benefit of my doubt, but yet again they have excelled themselves with how unhelpful and smarmy the senior members of staff are, the younger guy was trying to help before I got shut down. I HOPE HEAD OFFICE READ THESE COMMENTS AND IMPLEMENT PROPER TRAINING TO SENIOR STAFF, AS THIS ATTITUDE WILL FILTER DOWN THE STAFF WHO ARE TRYING TO DO A GOOD JOB!!!

Excellent service and a decent price for the part I was looking for. Sales assistant helped me find what I needed with nothing appearing too much trouble I will definitely use this store again
Very happy with my local Halfords - they were able to give me a same day appointment to replace the spark plugs in my vehicle and, as ever, the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. In addition to the work required, they also checked the battery life for free. Very reasonable price for the labour and parts too.
Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Unbelievably calm in the face of needless abuse from some clown in a Black Mercedes who started abusing the staff when told only one person per household allowed in store at the time. Staff stayed calm in the face of it - a real hero who drove off abusing the staff from the window of his car. Again always get great service from this branch.
If I could give 0 stars then I would. I came to speak to the cycle centre with regard to parts I require for my bike. Despite counting 5 staff they were milling around other customers as though they had no energy, disinterested and just generally unprofessional. One was attempting to carry out mental maths at the till while one was tinkering with a bike behind him and the others talking in the backroom with the door open, all while a queue was building. I gave up and decided to leave although my mother wished to purchase an item. We queued up again to which we were left standing as the lemmings staff continued to bound around aimlessly. All while the below par clientele allowed their children to turn the shop floor into the le man's circuit; speeding around unsupervised. There needs to be a competent management structure put in place to oversee this area as currently it is a shambles. I wasn't satisfied and wasted a trip.
