Product and service excellent. Downside, 6 members of staff 5 not wearing masks, Chap who served me said he was exempt when challenged, but did not offer to get staff member with mask. Unbelievable in the current conditions. If you value your health stay away.

Good range of products and always helpful staff. The store is quite overfacing when first entering, there is so much going on to distract you from your shopping mission - hi-viz, gizmos of all shapes and lots of shiny things. Luckily the staff are usually well trained to get you back on track to find the fuse you went in for!
I have shopped in Barrow Halfords on several occasions and always found the staff helpful and pleasant. On Sunday I need some help purchasing the right antifreeze for my car. There were two young girls who went above and beyond to help me and I would like to take the time to thank them.
Barrow Halfords are always friendly and welcoming. I always get my car serviced and I always have the 5 star treatment. I even pop into the garage now and again and say hi. They will always try to help and go beyond if the service is difficult. Recommend to everyone.
Click and collect was a doddle and kit was ready within 1 hour and when a arrived to the store the Halford Employees who served me me were very pleasant and welcoming which was nice to see and feel
