Nice experience this week going to Halfords in Bangor. The counter staff person was great, no false overacting, no mandatory “ have a nice day”. Just pleasant, normal, helpful and quick.

I brought my hybrid bike back to store as it would not keep its assistance and kept showing fault E21 but Simon said he would sort it out and it appears he has so well done and thanks to him.
Purchased wheel trims this morning in Bangor branch, very helpful young man fixed them on for me, very quick , prompt service, highly recomended
It’s been years since I last rode a bike and was a little nervous about gears etc. I shouldn’t have been as The sales assistant, explained everything I needed to know to get me back in the saddle. I felt that he knew what he was talking about and managed to explain to me in simple terms. Would recommend shopping at Bangor Halfords
