I was originally disappointed that the trailer I had ordered was not in stock even though it had shown as ready to collect. However Jake resolved the issue with great efficiency and had one sent from another store very quickly. The level of customer care was excellent and very friendly.

So popped in to get a bike hook. Staff very pleasant. Super helpful and got goods in hand and ordered quickly. Also couldn’t supply one part but no confusion which was brilliant - knew straight away so made other plans without feeling let down. Thanks guys.
