This was the second visit in recent weeks and nothing changes from the feedback I left last time: Staff on the floor so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful - I've always experienced this. I was in and out with exactly what I needed at a good price. The friendliness at check-out left me feeling as though I'd been visiting family.

The forecast of snow prompted me to go shopping in Aberystwyth including going into Halfords for a couple of cold-weather items for the car, found on the website first to cut down the time in the shop. The roads and the shopping centre were extremely quiet. In the past there would have been nothing unusual about shopping, but this time I must comment on the kindness, helpfulness and lightheartedness of the member of staff who served me. Driving away, I realised that I was smiling for the first time all day.
Excellent and safe service provided by this team in store. Technician Andy is great for bike repairs and advice. Highly recommended in these difficult times for cyclists.
