Food is always amazing, with portions on the larger side. The lady serving today was lovely and helpful, very upbeat and smiley. When we left my car wouldn't start and staff came out straight away with jump leads and helped start car. Will be visiting again
An excellent, immaculately clean pub on the outskirts of Shaftesbury that is very well worth a visit. The food is freshly prepared from first class ingredients and ample. The staff are friendly and attentive and the garden is pretty and the tables and chairs comfortable. We stopped for a snack lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the prawn cocktail and chicken and bacon Caesar salad. Thoroughly recommended!
Really nice pub, great food, lovely staff and a friendly atmosphere! However had a pint of the badger beer and it was awful! I usually enjoy a nice ale but this stuff was disgusting. If anyone goes here I’d recommend the food but don’t order a badger beer.
Good food and seating outside is well distanced. Safe for families and dog owners alike.
