The Harmony Centre Harlesworth, so i’m having lower back problems most sessions at the time made my back slightly better however now a few months down the line my back pain is still completely the same!! I had 8 Sessions all together they are between 5-20 mins long at 32 a session

The Harmony Centre is situated in peaceful countryside, only a few miles from Halesworth. It offers a wide choice of complimentary health therapies and classes, with highly qualified and experienced practitioners. I have been teaching Yoga there for several years and would not want to teach anywhere else. The centre has been lovingly crafted into a place of healing and transformation and I can't recommend it highly enough.
