Clint Eastwood

Staff are rude and unhelpful. The Pharmacist has always been polite and welcoming but the supervisor and shop floor staff are outright ignorant and give awful customer service.

Not very welcoming. I always try to be as polite as I can since I am aware that the staff are quite frosty and even with this approach the reception is not very welcoming. You are meant to give 48 hours notice for prescriptions however I would suggest at least 72 hours since having telephoned at 10am on a week day was told would not be ready till 6 days later. Admittedly this included a weekend but what happened to 48 hours notice? Not impressed at all.
