Never seen so many smiles in one room. The landlady and her team really knows how to make her guests feel special. Don't expect a quiet night out. Has a nice beer garden to rear and a traditional interior. Not to be missed.
The atmosphere on Halloween is amazing as it is the oldest pub in Harrogate. Mic night is Friday night. Lovely and welcoming.
My local, love it! Old fashioned pub with good beer and food
Brilliant pub. Supposedly oldest in town going back to 1766. I believe it, old and quirky. Still got gas lamps on the bar. Several real ales and a few foreign beers. We really enjoyed our visit, hope to try the food next time. The barmaid was really friendly. Cracking old pub you should try it.
