Very abrupt staff, unhelpful and rude. Was there the other day and stood in front of cashier for 15full mins waiting to get help and as there was another customer nearby, I assumed he was with them. But as the man and his son started to leave I realised this wasn’t the case and said are you with someone? He bluntly said no and put his head down to look at his phone. I showed with a tile and said do you have anything around this thickness, he said no and looked down at his phone again. I then said do you have pre mix cement, same response, then I said do you have fire cement? This time he said yes but didn’t offer to point me in the direction or anything. I said can you show me where it is, he sighed, came out from behind the counter and pointed to an isle. When I took it to the counter I said do you know where I might get either the tile or pre mix cement. His reply? No, gave me the change and turned his back. Horrendous service, I will never go back again.
Regrettably, I have had real difficulties over the last few weeks securing return phonecalls and orders via the office by phone. Very poor service unless you visit the store, which could be wasted time because they don't have the requisite stock onsite and need to order it in from elsewhere! Disappointing. So nearly two weeks on I continue to have to follow up on my order and despite sending my email address as requested below, I never had a response....there appears to be a systemic service issue throughout the ranks of this firm!
