Nice Restaurant for Hot Pot, it's not too expensive and the service and staff is nice!
Food is so-so, expensive too and service is not good. Too long and very difficult to call the waiters. Some of our order even didn’t come out.
Cool atmosphere and good service. They do get a little busy, you just have to flag them down. The hotpot is very tasty but fatty. Overall a good experience.
Yamaya is a distributor of mentaiko (spiced fish roe) so the restaurant specializes in meitaiko dishes. They also have motsunabe, which is cow intestine soup. We ordered aburi mentai (lightly seared fish roe), mentai tamago (fish roe wrapped in egg omelet), and a motsunabe. All dishes were very flavorful, slightly spicy, well cooked, and went really well with imo shochu (sweet potato liquor). Would highly recommend
