Would be zero stars if it was an option! Had my daughter booked in here today at 2pm for her first ever highlights, obviously she was very excited. Shocked and daughter upset when we were told they didn't have her booked in! This appointment was changed by telephone by myself as we couldn't make our original appointment. Obviously some of their staff aren't capable of using their appointment system (which is only a hand written diary!) & therefore shouldn't be answering the phone & telling customers something is booked in if it actually isn't! Probably won't go back here now, very bad customer service.
Always leave here with my hair looking fab. Friendly, knowledgeable ladies.
