Supremely helpful staff, clean shop, considerate customers. Didn't stock some of our preferred lines as the Paddock Wood branch does, but Shane said to telephone first and see if he could order it.
This is such a nice, clean, bright & airy store. The staff always keep it safe by not allowing to many customers in. I've always managed to find what I'm looking for on my list & the staff are very friendly and helpful. You may pay the odds penny more here & they're but the quality of the products & produce makes up for that. The isles are nice & wide too so you won't feel crowded in. Always a pleasure to shop in this Waitrose. Top marks Hailsham!
