Oh was very nice, didn't go inside or have food but nice scenic place enjoyed a drink outside with our dawgy. They have a one way system in place do thats good.

Very welcoming, dog friendly and excellent food. Lovely log fires and good beer. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.
Turned up today, Christmas day at 2 mins past 2pm and the miserable landlord slung us out because he closed at 2pm! Yes really! The pub was still packed with drinkers and my elderly uncle was so disappointed... definitely will not be going back there ever, he can stuff his pub and his bah humbug attitude! Pfft!
