Very polite and helpful receptionist on the phone this afternoon. Very happy with the information she gave me and a surprisingly short wait for a surgery too!
Brilliant service. My daughter was taken ill at nursery. Rang Dr’s , explained what her symptoms were and was seen within 1 hr. Dr Warren was excellent with my daughter and got her on the mend. And not forgetting the lovely caring receptionists who sorted out quick appointment. Thank you . NHS is great. Keep up the good work .
Have had to ring 50_60 times to be answered with no appointments today. Ring again tomz. I understand receptionist are doing a job but some of them need customer service training
A lot of people give this place stick but I've only had good experiences.
