This is the first time I have bought a car with \click and collect\ It has made buying a car so much easier, I found the car I liked on Hailsham Motoring Centre Website. I phoned the centre because of current restrictions, and spook to Ken who told me I could come and look at the car, but could not look inside or drive it. If I liked it to put 100 down as a deposit to remove it from sell. and they would prepare the car for collection, and then I would pay the rest. Ken phoned me 3 days later to say car was fully MOTed they had even Taxed it on my behalf, which I paid when collecting car, we met socially distanced outside where we did final deal, I was told if I was not happy to bring it back and they will sort it. In a nutshell VERY Pleased with car and service these guys or happy to go that extra mile to see customers get what they want. 10/10 John k

***BUYER BEWARE*** I’m only putting 1 star as I am not able to give 0 stars. Recently bought a 15 year old Toyota Rav 4 (I am well aware this was an old vehicle however still should have been sold to me in a road worthy condition) from this garage and had nothing but problems with it from the moment I purchased it. On top of that the garage lied to me about the condition of the car on more than one occasion and have made me feel incredibly taken advantage of as a young woman who just wanted to buy a working car. To make matters worse I am a nurse and was left without the car during the pandemic, by the garage for over a month when they took it in to repair the first issue with it. Whilst I appreciate the reduced level of service due to Covid, the fact still remains that this car should NEVER have been sold to anyone in its condition and the garage would have known that. Absolutely appalling and have never received such bad service. The car has now been sold on (as scrap) and I have lost 3/4’s of the money spent on the car as it was unroadworthy which considering I have barely driven it due to lockdown in the 2 and a half months I owned it for, should give an idea of how bad a condition it was in. Massively ripped off and completely disgusted with this so called car dealership. Also the claim that they put fresh MOT’s on cars should be taken with extreme caution as any decent MOT technician would not have allowed that vehicle to pass but their MOT’s are done by their own garage who may as well do it with their eyes shut! ***BUYER BEWARE***
You will always get a fair deal at HMC, there is plenty of stock so your more than likely to find the vehicle that suits your needs. I have just taken delivery of a fine Land Rover Freelander, the sales team here are friendly and have worked hard to get the fit and trim of this vehicle just right for me. Happy car hunting. RR
