Nice small and well maintained museum. It's close to the Train station Haifa Hashmona. Interesting historical antiques from different empires have been displayed.

This museum has permanent exhibitions about shipping history in Mediterranean Sea. There are also exhibited part of famous Lod Mosaic and the biggest sea ram that have been found nowadays. They also have exposition about pirates and sailor's crafts like ships in a bottle and etc. Guided tours usually are held on Saturdays morning (Hebrew, Russian, sometimes in English). They also have children workshops!

Great place to visit to copules and families , alot of information about the sea life , from ancient history until modern time. Worth the money and the time , the parking space is really problem, but still very recommend , the staff are great.

went with 3 grandchildren aged 9-16 and all including myself age 76 had a great time. our visit was guided by clues at various exhibits which helped us understand a lot about the sea, ships and people at sea.

Interesting place but felt small. There was one floor of interesting artifacts, and one floor about pirates with lots of boat models. The middle floor had a gift shop and a place for children.
