Absolutely amazing service. Thank you. Telephoned to say experiencing side effects of new medication. Came home to find new tablets had been delivered!! Completely unexpected and beyond the \call of duty\. Very much appreciated.

I can see why people might complain that the NHS is not \open for business\. You need to be patient and listen to a long list of options. Frustrating, YES but you are being triaged automatically by phone. And the longer you have to wait, reassure yourself of the likelihood that your problem may not be so worrying as you first thought. Sit down and relax... enjoy the rest enforced upon you... breathe deeply... Because while you are waiting, these wonderful people are busy dealing with others... saving lives...
Absolutely appalling. I have severe facial swelling and they do not care at all. Passed me from pillar to post and we’re Extremely rude and Unhelpful. They told me that they don’t have a duty of care. Please if you value your health do not even attempt to ring these. I will be reporting them to nhs and cqc . The place should be shut down.
The reception staff are always friendly, helpful and accomodating, the nurses are caring and very professional, the two lady doctors that I see are very courteous helpful and very professional, I have nothing but praise for everyone in the practice, thank you all.
When I phone the doctors at 8am I can get an appointment and request to either see a doctor or a nurse. Staff are pleasant and easy to talk to they give me information I request and let me know if the doctor is going to be late seeing me.
