I don't know who runs/organises this place but....wow. amazing. Friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgable staff. Well laid out. Well organised. Good signage. Never thought I'd be leaving a review about a council run recycling centre but felt compelled. Been twice now and both times the staff have made it a pleasure. I've been to many restaurants that don't offer this level of customer service. Wow.

Organised set up, friendly and very helpful staff and good turn around of traffic
Easy and fast to unload crossed off as you enter and wave as you leave. They had the jcb pushing all reycycling down as we arrived so had to wait outside gates for 10 mins. Have to wait a week till be able to go again, that's the only problem.
It's operating safely and organised well
The new appointment system is excellent. Knowing when to arrive and not be in a long queue or waiting for recyclables to be taken away is a huge benefit. May I suggest that this system be continued even after the resumption of normal life.
