The letting process with Hadleigh Estate Agents has gone very smoothly due to Samantha Martin’s swift informative replies and professionalism. Samantha answered all our queries and communicated clearly about the current and next stages at each point in the process. From the initial viewing, Samantha was informed and did not come across as ‘pushy’. She immediately withdrew the property from the market when we submitted our initial application – something other local letting agents we recently viewed properties with failed to do. Samantha has been a fantastic channel of communication between us (soon to be tenants) and the landlord, leaving us confident any enquires we may have once in our property will be handled the same way!
I booked a valuation for my property but no one turned up. When I called to enquire as to why no one had arrived they said they'd had to cancel. I wouldn't have minded but they didn't inform me of the cancellation even though the valuation had been booked 2 days before. Not very professional - just glad I'm not selling my house with them.
Extremely impressive care and service received from Samantha Martin during our application for a new property, following a few unlucky circumstances (current landlord selling and current letting agents giving us 6 weeks notice during a pandemic followed by a gas leak with a very late response and partial fix and many more frustrating events thereafter) Samantha has taken full care of my partner and I, restoring my faith in estate agents and care levels. She has made sure that from start to finish everything has gone through smoothly and worked very quickly to our deadline of moving, I really appreciate all of the hard work Samantha has put in and am actually quite excited to use Hadleigh for my new rental property
Initial viewing didn’t go ahead which was disappointing however the agent went out there way to rearrange the next day and were very helpful. Clearly a company that cares about their customers and reputation. Look forward to using them again. Regards Ben
