We are so pleased with the service we received from Hadland estate agents, and in particular George. After a number of valuations we decided to go with Hadlands and it proved to be the right decision. George is truly passionate about the job but also honest above all else. We could not have hoped for a better agent, he worked tirelessly and proactively to ensure our tricky sale went though, going above and beyond on multiple occasions. Stay away!!! This lot will simply rob you. They tried to charge me 1971 out of my 2188 deposit at the end of my tenancy. I went though the DPS (Dispute) process and won my case. Luckly I didn't have to pay a their claim at end, but can you imagine the hassel we went though. I honesly telling you, please, please, please avoid this lot. They are the most dishonest and crural people I ever deal in my life. If you still have to deal with them, take lot of pictures, make sure you collect enough evidance to defend yourself. And be prepaire for DPS process. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

I am very happy about how my tenancy with Hadlands has started. The team has been very professional and polite. On the very first day, I had problems to get the hot water working. I got in touch with Mark, who promptly answered, came to the flat in a few mins and fixed the problem! Recommended!

I was treated very badly by this company. Keith who spoke to me was very full on when I called. Telling me the property I was interested in would be gone if I waited a few days to view it. Then after quoting me a weeks deposit just to get a credit check that I would lose if my credit was bad ( who’s isn’t these days !! I offered to pay a years rent up front and his response was so negative and I quote ‘things are stacked against you” he then asked if my husband could pay !! I have no husband which he didn’t even bother to find out. How intrusive and unprofessional. He is the type of person who gives estate agents the bad reputation of being rude and pushy. He called me to follow up as I missed going to the appointment. I was told I didn’t sell myself very well ?? Re bad credit . I was then told “it wasn’t meant to be “ Bad taste left in my mouth with this company !
