We were very happy in staying in this hotel. The rooms are very clean, the maids always did a great job cleaning the rooms and I had one of the best steaks I had in the hotel. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice atmosphere, clean rooms, nice Irish pub with a warm vibe. Good beer selection and food. Recommended if you're looking for a place between the McLaren Vale and the coast.
Super atmosphere, very busy. Plenty of outdoor space, lovely gardens too. A young couple was enjoying their wedding reception in a private room, very nicely done out. Menu was good and reasonably priced. There was an extensive range of beers to be enjoyed. Down sides, no children's play area and the loos could certainly be made more inviting. Overall, will definitely be going back.
Travelled from Melbourne to visit my family for my one day off after not seeing them for over one year due to Covid. We planned a dinner out together here, and they travelled from all over Adelaide to make it. We card and booked in advance, and were told there was an available booking for dinner at 8:15pm for 8 people. We arrived on time and after waiting to be seated for ten minutes we were shown to our table and were then given menus. I had everyone’s orders within 10 minutes and proceeded to the counter to order. When I began to order, the staff proceeded to tell me they were no longer serving food. They said there was nothing they could do and sent us on our way. Aside from my poor mother having to miss out on a dinner with her family, we couldn’t go to any other restaurants at this point because by the time they had rejected us, every other restaurant in the area would be shut. Hopefully they don’t make it a habit to ruin family reunions, but that’s what we had to deal with when we came to this place. As for the quality of the food, well, let’s just hope if you’re lucky enough to have some, it’s not as bad as their customer service.
Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Kids meals were very good, could have had kids meal myself. We will be back lots more times.
Had a great time on date night with my husband. They do an absolutely delicious Chicken Parmmy Schnitzel and try their Pepper Gravy it is delicious also. We've come back to Mick O'Shea's Hotel again for another delicious Lunch. I had the Southern Fried Crispy Chicken Burger, it was yummy as always, my Husband had the Chicken Schnitzel with Pepper Gravy also delicious. I highly recommend if you happen to find yourself looking for a bite while down south.
Very busy. A booth was booked but not reserved. The staff was excellent in shifting the people from our booked booth. Although the hotel was busy the service was fantastic. The food was up to your usual high standard although the filling in the Steak and Guinness pie was dry. Everything else was up to your usual high standards.
My review is about the restaurant for Mick O’Shea’s. It is a tidy, head-turning setting from the side of a busy main road. There is plenty of parking. The meals are a good size for hearty eaters. Prices are up there. But the full plate of good quality food matches. The banana cheesecake with caramelised banana garnish is heavenly. I loved this dessert. It was memorable. I’d go back just for that
