Not very professional swears at you with raises voice. Tried to sell an unroadworthy car to family member, then refused to give back deposit cause I couldn’t get a loan. Stay away from this car yard or make sure you get a road worthy report done first.

I enquired to purchase a car from James at Complete Car Sales, Hackham and was very unsatisfied with the service. James has advised that the car had been over their workshop and advised that it had no mechanical issues. I advised that I was getting an RAA inspection done on the vehicle. This seemed to aggravate James a little. After the inspection was completed and I had the report back from RAA with a caution to not purchase due to serveal unroadworthy/defectable issues and 4000 worth of mechanical repairs that needed to be attended to straight away. I had placed a 1000 deposit pending the inspection report. After finding all these issues, I made contact with James and advised that the car wasn’t what was advertised and that I would be picking up my deposit. When arriving to collect my deposit, James and and the weasel older man were verbally abusive and very unprofessional, using stand over tactics between the two of them to try and intimidate my husband. I am appalled that even knowing our current situation and our reason for purchase, that James acted in such a manner.

Excellent customer service, really helpful, we bought our current Honda CR-V from here. Highly recommend. Also know a family member who has her car serviced here as well.
