We love every dish from this Mexican restaurant. Salsa is fantastic. They are only doing carry out now, but this is our go to place in town for Mexican. We lived for 3 decades in Southern California and thought we were leaving quality Mexican food behind. That is certainly not the case. Garlic and spicy shrimp dishes are favorites, but all the dishes are worthy. Highly recommend this restaurant in Morris.

Pretty good food, I like the tacos, but often get given the soft corn instead of crispy corn, the Fish and Beef were there best of the options I've had, Diablo Chicken Chimichunga was really good.
the best Mexican food in 100 miles. Everything we have ordered has been perfect. My favorite is the chicken sopes. We have only used take out and they have never gotten the order wrong. I would give them more stars if I could.
This is my favorite Mexican restaurant so far southwest of Chicago. Originally from Chicago myself, im quite picky about my Mexican food, and I can't think of anything I've had here that I didn't like, and the service is always very friendly, and the prices are great, taco mondays & tuesdays are great! dollar taco's are awesome! GREAT JOB HABANERO GRILL...
I was nearby and decided to grab some breakfast. Tired of the usual, I spotted the Habanero Grill was open, and I thought that would do the trick. Driving up, I noticed this was in a strip mall, and had concerns about seating. No worries: there was seating for about twenty-five. The space is clean and well-maintained. I stepped up to the counter and spotted what I needed: Chilaquiles con Huevo (tortillas with scrambled eggs, sauce, and melted cheese.) The woman working the counter was very friendly and she was apologetic (but patient) with some technical difficulties the credit card reader had. Once we had the reader sorted out, I paid for my order and sat at a table to wait for my breakfast. I did not have to wait long. My Chilaquiles arrived in less than five minutes. I chose the red sauce over the green sauce, and was not disappointed. The dish was spicy, cheesy and substantial, the perfect solution to hunger (or hungover: Chilaquiles are a great comfort food for the \morning after.\) I couldn't resist having a tamale, and I was pleased to have an authentic, corn-husk-wrapped hot tamale to put a cap on this very satisfying breakfast. Overall, I was pleased with my meal and the service, and I'm sure the good people of Morris a happy with this little restaurant's ability to serve their ecesidad de comida Mexicana.\ :)
