haart estate and lettings agents Torbay

I have found the experience of selling with Haart Torquay a very stress free one. Communication is excellent, very attentive to your requests and needs. On sign up Jamie was informative, amazing photos too. John and Aaron were the two people who mostly dealt with my house sale. Both very professional and helpful. Thank you all. Dawn

Jon and all of the team at Haart were fantastic and went above and beyond. We had no idea we would qualify for a new mortgage at our age and we were able to find our dream home in Brixham through Haart Torbay. We are so very grateful. Thank you so much! xx

My first introduction to Haart Devon Property Management was when Sarah Parsley was appointed to her current role, overseeing the Property Management department. It was at that time I took over the responsibility for a property my parents own, upon the loss of my father who would have previously dealt with it. She took on board all my needs and concerns and had them settled very quickly, completely to my satisfaction. The property has just gone through a re-let, because the previous tenant had to leave on health grounds, and ably assisted by Emma Burrows in the Torquay office this process was efficient and swift, whilst remaining aware of the need for diligence. On this basis I have no hesitation in returning a five star rating for Sarah and her team.

Amazing service provided by all those I have spoken with at Haart. I regularly receive tailored property updates by email and phone calls from Aaron and Jon which really make me feel like a valued customer. I have viewed a number of properties with Jon and he is always friendly and professional - he is very knowledgeable but also has a wonderful manner which makes viewings memorable. Would highly recommend.
