I was pleased with the family and professional feel of this estate agency. They did their best to support me and explain things. The Covid situation led to one or two niggles which would otherwise not have happened, I feel, but they were soon resolved. Overall, I would emphasis the family feel of this agency, coming from the top. I was treated respectfully, and staff were polite, courteous and upbeat.

Very quick, asked for details on letting service and they had a prospective tenant. Sorted the tenancy out within 5 days. exceptional service. Tyron (Shelley) excellent, kept us in the loop at all times and worked over and above to get this through for both us and the tenant.
