I don’t normally Write reviews but on this occasion I Think I must. Lisa has been so helpful with a very difficult business sale which without her help I don’t think would have happen. Always been accommodating and even worked on her day off when we had a issues that needed sorting a true gem. I have recommended her to family and in the future will only be put my trust in her. I could not have anything better to say about Lisa at Haart Thorpe Bay! She was absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. From the initial valuation, all the way up to getting the legals underway for us, I cannot fault a single thing she has done. Always easily contactable, friendly, hilarious, caring and thorough when it matters! My flat was presented in the best possible way whilst making sure no potential viewers were misled by size or condition. I also loved the way she qualified all potential viewers so I only ever had to hoover for the serious ones!! Lisa did not just manage the process incredibly, she went over and above the call of duty. Help with conveyancing quotations (and getting the best deal), advice on houses we were going to view, providing us with contacts at other branches to help our purchase and buying us chocolates when our bird died are naming just a few of the added bonuses we received from hiring Lisa. I could not recommend her more to anyone looking to sell her property! 5*!!
Not Your Average Agent Lisa was absolutely what we needed to get our house sold. From the very beginning she was working hard for us and didn't stop until she'd secured the best price for our property, because she understood what we needed. Her knowledge is so broad and not only covered what we needed as vendors, she was even there to help us when making an offer on the property we wanted to buy, and gave us advice that only comes from many years experience. Her no nonsense attitude cut through the usual superfluous estate agent 'blurb' making things easy to understand. Being able to attend to everything we needed with the sale and then handing us to Jake for the sale progression means she takes care of what's important - getting your house sold and getting you what you need.
