My partner and I recently moved to the Haarlem area from the U.S. and fell in love with it so decided to stay long term and buy a house. At first, we decided to go for an Expat-specific realtor who we had a terrible experience with. I met Wouter during a viewing in Haarlem where he was selling the property and I went there without an agent to view the house. Later when I decided to have an agent, I didn't have to think too much to go to Wouter cos the first impression was really good.
