WWH owner Farid is a passionate collector and dealer. I’ve done four deals with him in the past two years and my confidence in his expertise has grown with each one of them. Even so, I made my most recent purchase based on just a few iPhone images. And what a watch it turned out to be in the flesh! Farid is quality driven, genuinely interested in his customers and invests in a long lasting relationship. The service level is much higher than I’ve experienced anywhere else (personal attention, communication, warranty), he really makes an effort to distinguish WWH from the many vintage watch dealers that are around these days. And as a demanding collector I feel he’s doing a very good job. Driving home from the WWH office after yet another watch viewing and a passionate watch talk over good coffee, the only thing that hurts is that big smile on my face.
