Unethical business: I'll describe it step-by-step. 1) When signing up, the form automatically enrolls you into extras. You must cancel the upgrades before the end of the month, otherwise you are considered to agree to pay for 3 months those extras (cf. article 1 & 3 of general conditions). 2) During Covid-19 closure, they kept charging all customers starting from 15 March until end of June 2020 who had direct debit in place. An absolute non-sense as people were unable to train inside. It's when things go wrong that you see the truth in businesses. 3) Finally, your personal data is not protected and can be transferred to a third party as described in article 10 of general conditions. Avoid at all costs.

Awful services. I write to customer services over a month ago to inquire on cancelation of memberchip because they KEPT CHARGING my bank, even after my contrac was "oficially FINISHED" AND the gym was still closed due to the pandemia. I got no replay while they religiosly kept charging their fee to my account. It was until wrote again, they finally aswered. However, they replay was a slap on my face, TRAINMORE decided yo automatically renew the contract without a notification while i was out of the country stuck duo to travel restrictions, constantly stressed to find a way back home. After a few email exchanges with customer service, they finally cancelled the new contract but without any refund of the months paid nor any compensation for the last 3 months of the previous contract . I couldn't used because the closure due to the pandemia. I DON'T RECOMMED this gym, the treatment provided to the costumers Is DEPLORABLE. I really hope this actitude change in the future. For now , i Will look in yo differents opinions for gym yo continue my training as lifter and runner. Gente hispanoparlante : no recomiendo este gimnasio, no son nada agradables en la atención al cliente , no contestan correos, cobran DE MÁS ( INCREÍBLE EN MUCHOS GIMNASIOS del mundo se cerraron y se congelaron las membresías por la pandemia y la cuarentena . TRAINMORE cree que es "fuera de lo común" y continuó cobrando como si brindará un servicio del día a día . No respetan la desición del cliente de NO CONTINUAR, siguen cobrando , son muy irresponsables . Intenten hallar otro gimnasio donde REALMENTE vean QUE AMAN EL TRABAJO y no solamente están para hacer hora o calentar un asiento .
Great atmosphere, nice and clean equipment and good helpfull staff. Overall happy with my choice of being a member!
Gym 5 stars, but very unfriendly/unprofessional staff, not all but most of them. Feels like it’s staff VS clients in this gym

Wow!!! What an incredible place to train. So clean, fresh and appealing. Musics brilliant and everyone who trains respects the place. Wonderful facilities and wonderful staff members. Highly recommended. BIG love to Salma who treated us so well !

It is indeed a great gym, though music and rhythm choices are weird sometimes and do not motivate you for training but just entertain you, also personnel needs to check paper dispensers regularly: some can stay empty for days
