After a less-than-helpful discussion at the Apple store in Haarlem about replacing the battery in my older model iPhone, I took the recommendation of a friend and went to The Phone Lab today. The shop was clean and professional. The service from Dennis was helpful and efficient, and the battery was changed within 30 minutes. An overall excellent impression from my first visit to The Phone Lab! I will recommend to friends.

I have cracked the back glass of my iPhone XS and that meant for Apple I have to replace the entire phone for a whopping 600. I checked at ThePhoneLab whether they had an alternative solution and they do! The use a laser machine that detaches the back glass and they glue a shiny new one for 160. So within a few hours I had my phone repaired at a fraction of the cost! In addition I changed the front screen protection which covers a wider area of the screen compared to what you can find at Apple Store, it looks better and costs less..win, win, win. The staff is friendly and professional so I recommend ThePhoneLab 100%.

Friendly employees. I booked a 30 minutes screen repair online, I had my screen repaired in 30 minutes. Positively surprised that they had spare parts for a phone that's 4 years old. I'll definitely be back when my battery needs changed.

Best service experience I had in a long time. Made an appointment online for the same day, dropped my phone off, came back 30 min later and the camera of my iPhone 7plus was working again. Quick, friendly, reasonably priced. I don't hope that I break my phone again any time soon, but if I do, I know I am in good hands.
