Condescending staff. Wish we hadn't spent money in this store. But hey, live and learn. Piece of advice: go to another snipes outlet and skip this one.
I visited one of your stores in Haarlem, I bought a pair of sneakers and was treated very poorly by a male staff, bearded and rather tall. I requested for a size 9 US (which was a 43), he gave me a 41 (8 US/7UK). As a tourist, I though that it might be a sizing difference between NL and US. I made the purchase after he argued that "the leather would stretch". I returned to the shop after a meal because something didn't feel right. When I requested for a 43 from another (darker skinned, skinnier) retail staff member, he walked past me and made a very sacarstic remark, "2 sizes bigger, wow!" and gestured his hand like it was "hot" by fanning himself. If he has given me the size that I requested for, this would NOT have occurred. Also, I asked for tax-free papers. My tax claim 20% of 150 was rejected because the form was improperly filled out. So clearly that male staff, who was working in the Haarlem, Netherlands store on February 20 did not do his job well. Customer service was bad, work was incomplete and your customer lost out because of that. So can you please tell me, is it something wrong with your hiring policy, that has resulted in this unpleasant experience? Or is he stupid and incompetent? It's not a hard job. You don't have to go to school for this.
The staff didnt even try to speak English with us just Dutch. Very noisy. Not a nice atmosphere to be in.
Ongelofelijk goed geholpen! Zelden zulke fijne service gehad. Ze doen echt een extra stap voor je (door weer en wind, medewerker weet waar ik het over heb!). De winkel ziet er altijd strak uit en ook via de telefoon heel klantvriendelijk te woord gestaan. TOP jongens keep it up!
