Again visiting there and again happy for the service. I tried fix my bike this one which I already have and once old one too, the most honest and trustworthy people who can fix your bike! On stores I was I heared some riddicolous prices and that my bikes are almost not fixable, a lot of to change... but at Seref they are honest and fix my bikes for really honest prices! Both times I got my bike faster than 24h ! THANK YOU AGAIN!

Very helpful and friendly guys.
Tried to have my bike repaired at them. They don't repair bikes that cost less than 1000 euros (non-electric). I never saw 1000 euro bikes throughout Haarlem apart from the electric ones which are more expensive than that. Very bad customer experience as I wanted to be their customer but they refused me based on how expensive my bike is. Would not recommend them at all for their arrogance.
