Great shop. Fast service, friendly employees, and answered any and all questions I had. Great location on the main strip, I highly suggest it if you're in Haarlem.
When I entered the store for the first time in my life, I was a bit nervous. About to throw myself in the deep end without any knowledge of vaping, I decided to take the risk and see where I would end up. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by one of the friendliest faces. Immediately, I felt right at ease. I explained my situation about smoking and why I wanted to quit. He listen carefully to my story and my wishes, then proceeded to explain everything to me in clear language. Every question I had was answered right on the spot. From the different kinds of machines to the different kind of tanks, from liquids to coils, from omh to sub-ohm vaping. He didn't pressure me into buying anything, but instead let me take a look for myself and made sure I understood what kind of investment I was making. After trying a couple of flavours and looking what would fit most with my smoking habit, I eventually went with the Sinuous P80 and a top fill tank. Before I bought it, I got more explaination about the machine in question and then proceeded to show me how everything worked. Since then, I have become very knowledgeable in vaping and I come there almost weekly. Costumer for life, because he took the time to explain it rather than to drive up his sales. 5 stars every time. I will keep bringing other people with me, just to show them what a great time I had and still have, every time I enter here. Terrific service, friendly and calm, this is a one of a kind store.
Quality and good service
Ik ben meteen goed geholpen door medewerker. Ik had een probleem met mijn puffer en werd meteen goed geholpen. Zet hem op.
Na lange tijd weer langs geweest en wat is de winkel mooi geworden! De lichten die ze geplaatst hebben zijn super mooi en trekken de winkel helemaal aan, top gedaan! De locatie van de winkel is helemaal top! Midden in het centrum van Haarlem! Personeel ook super vriendelijk! Hier mijn eerste vape gekocht en nog steeds super te vrede mee! Bij het aanschaffen alles tot in detail uitgelegd en je kan er ook alle smaken proeven die zij aanbieden wat echt heel handig is! Zeker een aanrader!
