At least they make up for the personal touch and adjustments, otherwise online shopping is much better in terms of price and speed. But: It takes them two weeks to make one pair of glasses. And if the glasses are ready earlier, which is almost always the case, they don’t bother to call you, they just wait for your appointment, they don’t call you ahead. Typical lazy approach. No thank you!

Bril was in tweeën doordat er een busje uit het glas was waar mijn montuur in geklikt moest worden. Heelaas had Pearle niet de juiste maat omdat mijn Ray Ban bril van 2014 is. Maar de service van Pearle uit de Cronjestraat ging verder en er werd contact gelegd met de leverancier. Vandaag was mijn bril weer helemaal tiptop in orde. Dus een dikke pluim voor Pearle voor deze service!

Heel goed geholpen. Werd de tijd genomen. Had van tevoren afspraak gemaakt voor een oogmeting en dat is wel aan te raden. Dat kan gewoon heel makkelijk online. Ik zal hier zeker terugkomen.
