Bought some LPs supposed to be available in 5 days, 2 month later no information nor replies to emails and calls. Worst shopping experience in NL, spend your money elsewhere.

Do not buy a record here if it's not in stock. You can wait for your item for months without any updates from the seller. If you manage to get contact them, the guy at the other site is not willing to help. Sounds irritating that you contact him. Terrible service. Next time I skip this place and find a shop that does loves his customer.
Ordered something out of stock at that moment - they promised to deliver it in a week. Took three weeks and two inquiries with them about the order before anything was done. I also asked them to add a little note as it was a gift and I did pay for the gift wrapping option - the note wasn't added even though they did promise to add it and refused to get paid to do it (which I was willing to do to ensure it is done). Contacted them via livechat, the answers were rude, vague and the overall experience was not pleasant. Will never order from them again.
The worst customer service imaginable. They took my money five months ago and have not followed up on one of my dozens of inquiries. They have a phone number but it goes straight to voice mail. They direct you to Livechat on their website but it doesn't exist... there's no link. The only way they must be in operation is through scamming their customers.
First order refunded due to out of stock, second order (i know, shame on me) never came and is currently going through paypal dispute to try and get a refund. Read the reviews... dont buy from here...

terrible seller. I made an order that was supposed to be in stock based on website. I received an email saying 2 items were not available and the seller would get them by the end of September (3 weeks after initial order). When I contacted the seller in October about my order status, no response. 4 days later tried again with no success. I had to report him to paypal. I got a response there saying he would cancel the order since I started conversation with paypal (like he had given me other option) and he would sell it to someone else instead. That was 6 days ago and whilst the seller claimed to be cancelling my order, he failed to make a refund so far. So If you are bored and have time for solving issues, place an order....
That one star is still too much. This owner seems to make his money by cheating people. Ordered more than a year ago 2 vinyl records which were shown as in stock. Never came. After 7 months he offered me a different version and sent a different LP (orderes: Bowie-1st Outside, got Bowie-hours). Sent back. Got the offer to rder something else. So I ordered again records which were shown as in stock. Till today they have not arrived. He then wanted to cancel the order. And now after almost 3 weeks still didn't get my money back. Don't buy from this shop.
