Nieuwe Kerk is a 17th-century church at Nieuwe Kerksplein. This is one of the stops along the Visit Haarlem self-walk tour around the Haarlem. Unfortunately, the church was not open when we passed by so I'm not sure if it is regularly open for visitation or not. Regardless, the exterior and church tower are attractive and worth having a look at if you are a fan of architecture and enjoy seeing old churches during your travels. The tower is Dutch Renaissance in style and particularly worth a look-see when you are in the area. Note: There is a peculiar contemporary sculpture by Maen Florin (1990) situated in front of this church that is worth having a quick look as well.

Good church. Often overlooked, due to its location and competition with other churches in the area. Some organ concerts during lunch time..
Nice church. Beautiful surrounding streets to north of church.
Very nice to visit when in Haarlem!
Nice area
Alright
