If I could give less than 1 star I would. This Nespresso store has terrible service. It is so unorganized. I often visit this store but finally had enough. You have to beg for someone to help you. Its unorganized, especially days like today, it was busy, they cannot manage at all.
Disgusting experience , I made an order for 150 capsules and I wanted to try the new tastes they are offering. The barista completely ignored us while serving an old couple who had not one but two coffees one after the other. Whilst completely ignoring us. I will not be returning to this Nespresso store anytime soon. Avoid and just order and have them delivered at home. The staff there is completely incompetent and rude.
One of my favorite shops in Haarlem. Simply like to there, drink a cup of coffee and buy some coffee too. Excellent service. For those who don't know, Nespresso customers have right to follow some informative workshops in this boutique(about coffee, of course)-recommend them. Informative and tasty.

The wait is always too long so we order through the app. The set up of the store doesn’t really work as there’s no real counter to order and it’s usually pretty crowded.
Great service and advice on both the assorted coffees and the machines. Provides opportunities for tasting. Purchased a machine in store, and had it delivered at home the next day at no additional cost!
