Lush has been a long time favourite. But the henna block has got me falling in love all over again. It is extremely easy to use, the mixture of oils and herbs make it intensely moisturizing as well. great shine, and nice subtle glow. It elongates my curls and gives me insane curl definition. It's become a monthly deep conditioning routine.

The stafs in lush Haarlem I met today was lazy and prond attitude. I ever loved lush so much, since today, I will never go again anymore. I had reservation at 13:15-13:30. Just wanted to buy one product.I arrived 13:00. There was no anyone outside But 3 lush stafs inside. I waited till 13:05, still no any customer coming, I started to ask the staff if I could come in , and I just Need 30 seconds,could be very fast. The staff said NO. I don't really understand why inside there was no any customer but 3 stafs, I was the only customer between13:00-13:30,they did not let me in . Reason is police will fine them. Please don't look for the excuses for your lazy anymore, police will not fine you when there is only one customer!! Three of you , drinking and decorating your hair inside, nobody wants to work! Even threatened me if I continued discussing ,she will not let me in !

Asked for any kind of help, from how to solve a friend's scalp problem to needing a how to use explanation on a simple soap bar, always found the politest and most patient people!!! Had a issue with a product once only and the employee was again so attentive about it! Love this little store!

Very helpful staff. But sometimes one say something and the next day when i go back, another girl says something different about a product i want to buy. So its conflicting. But overall, place is clean, staff are helpful and i love LUSH Products
