DO NOT TRUST!!! Last year I traded in my Macbook for 301 Euros in store-credit (they do not offer cash). Leapp then went bankrupt and although they are still Leapp (same logo, same locations, same services, same stock), they will not honour any store-credit from before their bankruptcy as officially they are a different company. The store said they should have sent an e-mail offering cash for my store-credit (they didn't), & then customer service said they weren't even obliged to send me an e-mail. Effectively, Leapp stole my computer.
