Entered the Haarlem store; the girl working there was applying her own makeup and didn’t say a word. When I asked advice, she looked bored and said, ‘It’s your own choice.’ When I called her out on this, calmly, she got angry and refused to ring me up. I said something conciliatory just to get the stuff and get out of there. Never again.
