Great location and scenery. The log cabin was fantastic value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful
Good site close to Haarlem. Walking distance from Haarlem Spaarnwoude station and even Haarlem centre if you don't mind a 3 mile walk, and not.far from a.supermarket either. Great value for money and facilities such as the washrooms and toilets are very clean. As some of the other reviewers said, it is close to schipol airport and quite noisy so maybe bring your earplugs (I always pack some for camping just in case). Also a small shop or vending machines on site selling essentials and snacks/ drinks would be a nice addition but otherwise we were very happy with the site and would definitely stay again.
Checked in for a camping pitch with the hostess giving me a curious look, next night there was a near Hurricane force storm overnight through the AM and realized that I and a French couple were probably situated right near the office/home in case our tents wouldn't hold up. The city was strewn with broken trees/branches! Later realized Belgians and Dutch follow weather news very well! Nice new facilities, boat docks but lacking plugs to charge your phone.
There is a Airport nearby, so You have to bei able to ignore the noises but thats also the reason why ist cheaper than other Camping places. Fair and friendly. We feel comfortable!

A very relaxing camping site. Friendly environment and the service is great. But if you dont have a car, you have to walk far to a nearest convenience store around 3 km away. Train to go to Amsterdam is very near as well. Same station if you want to go to the beach of Haarlem.
