Due to the Corona pandemic, I could not make use of my voucher before it expired, and I did not get anything in return.

This 'gift voucher' service (sold under the name GiftforYou) does everything possible to drag more money out of you in addition to the original cost of the voucher. A 50 gift voucher can only be used for a portion of its value at any restaurant, which isn't enough for a meal for two. This means that you actually have to spend money in addition to using the card, and end up with an unspent amount still technically on your card ... but not enough to actually be worth going back to a restaurant for. I propose re-naming the company: ShameonYou
So bad customer service. If I could get minus stars than this company would be the winaar. We booked our holidays, received wrong e-voucher, when complaint sent - \u003e no answer came back. When calling - customer support person totally without empathy and not a single sign of being helpful. Still waiting for a solution. They promised sending money back and that seems to be aslo a great joke. Zeker nooit meer doen!
