We got a moldy burrata with our delivery. When I asked them how they would solve this issue they basically tried to ignore it. After proposing they would give me a voucher for a new pizza they agreed this was the least they could do. I gave them some time to act but it’s been almost a week and no reply.. terrible service.. considering the overpriced pizzas you would expect some extra service and fresh ingredients.
Lovely place coming from italy I can say if only there was more tomatoe sauce on pizzas and vine option they would be perfect
I tried the pizza: high quality ingredients (super tasty tomato sauce), good and non conventional combinationn but still typically Italian, e.g. using finocchiona from Tuscany (no weird stuff like putting a pineapple on the pizza) cooked with passion produce such good outcome. Probably they are not from Italy but the quality of the ingredients and the passion in doing what they do is really Italian. What else? Friendly staff and prompt service.
Has no respect for either customers or delivery drivers. This restaurant has a systematic problem with getting orders out on time. They know drivers get paid per delivery, yet have no problem letting them wait for 45min at peak times. Not only disrespectful to drivers but also to their customers. The drivers get blamed for slow delivery, when the restaurant has no idea about time management. Do not order here, unless you don't mind getting your pizza an hour late. It's common for customers who order for pick-up, to get their pizza 30 minutes late. Never again Pizza bakkers in Haarlem.
