A very pleasing experience during a hard day. My computer's PSU exploded and I was worried the damage could have reached other components. In less than 30 minutes I got a full diagnosis, a working test and a new part plus nice extra suggestions about things I could improve in my build. Great work, they earned a new customer for sure.

Tricked: i went there for a data backup from my dead laptop to an external HDD, i got an invoice of around 100: 50 for the external HDD and 50 for the time spent on it, so far so good. but when i sent my dead laptop to the technical support for getting it repaired, i was told that the HDD was gone, so I opened the case of the externalHDD that i bought there and inside was the HDD of my laptop... basically I paid 50 euro for the HDD of my laptop in a case and plugged to a USB cable, which costs 3 euro in amazon...
