We had a great one-night stay which included a good value dinner with big portions at the hotel’s restaurant. The staff was very attentive and went the extra mile by arranging our dessert to be eaten in our room!
We had a very pleasant stay over the weekend. The staff was really pleasant and helpful. The restaurant serves quality food which combined with the friendliness and hospitality of the waiters makes for a great dining experience.
Excellent staff, compact hotel, fine location with nice cosy ambience. If anything I got less opportunity to enjoy is the restaurant if the hotel, which I liked so much during one dinner and three buffet brealfasts. I would have certainly liked an additional opportunity to engage with chefs creations...

Friendly staff, good room, spacious by standards. Food and beverage service in bar/dining room is fantastic. Breakfast is amazing. A for value and hospitality of staff. Short walk to shops, town square, etc. Great place to stay in Haarlem.
The staff there are fantastic. Hotel is really nice and the food is some of the best I've ever had. Ask them for the Rodders taster. They designed it just for me :-)
We literally got no help concerning booking problems .. lost 200 Euros.. thank you for nothing. Worst communication ever
