I had a discussion with my friend about 'customer service' in Holland in general and while to my mind it was not bad, I am disappointed to say that the service in this place was very poor. We waited outside for an age, that I even queried if we need to go inside to order, to which I was told no. When the lady finally came out, she proceeded to take orders from the next table, despite being told that my party was there first by that group. Okay that can happen, but after ordering just a strudel and mint tea it took fifteen minutes to come out and the tea was subsequently spilled over my leg, to which I got not a word of an apology! It's doubtful if I would return to the region again, but I definitely would not return there!

One of the best cafes in Haarlem. In the summer a lovely terrace in the sun overlooking the Grote Markt. Inside enjoyable and cozy. Good beer assortment, friendly staff and beautiful music performances. On Saturday evening it can be quite full, but it always remains pleasant!
Best place to hangout nearby Harleem
Terrable waiters in general slow and don't look after the guests. Don't ever think to party here because this place doesn't even have proper speakers neither music.
Great place for a late night dance with friends or a drink in the sun on the terror inside during the day. If you like all kind of music, go here.
