Wow wow wow. I’ve never experienced such rudeness in my years of living in the Netherlands. If you don’t speak Dutch, don’t bother asking them anything. I called them to check if they had the meat I wanted in stock. I said “good morning, can I check something?” and got met with the response “No you may not” and then they hung up my call. I called the second time thinking the woman must have thought I was a cold caller. Another woman picked up and was told to hang up my call even after I’ve explained what I wanted. I called a third time, and an irritated woman yelled for someone who speaks English (so she obviously hung up on me for that). I got a half hearted apology from the man who answered and he didn’t even bother to explain why I got hung up twice. Really bad customer service! They have certainly lost a loyal customer!

Slechte ervaring vandaag. Voor 12u alles uitverkocht. Op deze manier verliest de kleine zelfstandige het van de supermarkt. Geen service, geen kwaliteit en duurder. Op naar AH!
