The staff is very friendly and were accommodating of our arrival time. The location in Haarlem is excellent, and the rooms and hotel itself are well appointed. The level of service provided prior to even checking-in, helping to navigate the city and to locate a specific Dutch specialty food from my childhood, exceeded any and all previous hospitality that I have received. A wonderful place to stay!

The Hotel is great and the Octopus Suite is just amazing! Great style and very spacious at a perfect location right in the center of Haarlem and still close to a parking garage.
